Return policy

PEERS products can be exchanged and/or returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as the products are undamaged and have not been worn. Do of course feel free to try on the shirt for size.

We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, which is why you can return a product within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After this notification you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us. If you make use of your right of return, you will receive the entire order amount, including shipping costs, back within 14 days after the return notification.

Returning your item?

Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge. Fold up your shirt and put it back in the box it came in. Fill in the return form and put it in the box. Tape up the box and apply the POSTNL label on the outside (or download the return label, print it and tape it to the outside of the box). Then drop it in a postbox near you and you’re all done. We will process your refund within two days of receiving your returned item.
